What is Paneer Korma?
Korma is a style of curry originating from Mughal royal kitchens, made by slow-cooking meat or vegetables in a yoghurt and nut-based sauce. Chef Bhavika’s version uses fresh paneer and a blend of cashews, cream and aromatic spices that make it irresistible.
